Create by visualization and verbalization. Take five cups, glasses, goblets, cauldrons, etc. Use whatever you desire as your cups. Suggestions what can also be used: shot glasses, thimbles, Dixie cups, etc.; use what you have, use your imagination if you need to, but remember, use something you like, what makes you comfortable and what will work for you! Make sure they are clean. You will only be using these for your ritual work so make sure they are ones you can put up as such.

They will represent a cup for:
1) Spiritual
2) Health, Power, and Energy
3) Wisdom and Knowledge
4) Home-Life, Family and Love
5) Happiness

Have some sage, dragon's blood or frankincense incense or whatever it is you personally use for cleansing/smudging.

*Note: Where I have added things to say for the ritual, be sure to read through them and use them only if you are comfortable with them. If not, then change them, add or subtract words as you feel fit. Do what is right for You!

Cast your circle as you normally would for your ritual workings.
With all five cups on your altar, you would then take each one as follows:
Light your censor of herbs, or incense.

1st cup: For the Spiritual
Take cup, smudge and cleanse, saying:
"I cleanse and purify this chalice"
Then set it down directly in front of you on your altar.

Take your athame, wave the athame over the chalice for spirituality, three times as your say:
"I now ask that the Element of Air bless and charge this chalice of spirituality with the clearness of air and breath of life."

Next, take your wand, wave the wand over the chalice of spirituality three times as you say:
"I now ask that the Element of Fire bless and charge this chalice of spirituality with strength, desire and creativity."

Next, take whatever you use as your symbol for the element of water. I use a shell with sea salt and / or water in it. Wave it over the chalice of spirituality three times as you say:
"I now ask that the Element of Water bless and charge this chalice of spirituality with love and spiritual sustenance."

Next take whatever you use as your symbol for the element of earth. I use a special rock, crystal or bowl of dirt. wave it over the chalice of spirituality three times as you say:
"I now ask that the Element of Earth bless and charge this chalice of spirituality with a strong foundation and abundance of life."

Next pick up the chalice of spirituality and hold it up in offering to the God and Goddess and say:
"I now add a breath of life to my spiritual fulfillment, a gift from the God and Goddess", then gently blow on the chalice of spirituality.

You will do the same with each of the next cups, the second cup for Health, Power and Energy. The third cup Wisdom and Knowledge, the fourth cup Home-Life, Family and Love and finally the fifth cup Happiness.

Now that you have consecrated and blessed these cups, you will fill them with your desires of each, again taking one cup at a time. You can do this in one of two ways:
1) Speaking the words; words are power and thus create as they are spoken. Speak the words you wish to fill your cup with and visualize the cup becoming full and thus will sustain you. Pick up the first cup of spirituality.
2) Write these things on a piece of paper (parchment and ritual ink, if so desired) and put the paper in the cup. Whichever you choose to do, repeat with each of the other cups.

When you are done, continue your ritual as you normally do, cakes, ale, blessings, etc. Close circle, etc.

You can keep these cups on your altar, or put them somewhere you can see them, like on a special shelf, bookcase, etc. Being able to see them on a regular basis is important because the visual contact you make with these cups will automatically re-affirm your desires and thus help you create and sustain them.

As your desires so change, you would then take that particular cup back into a ritual circle and re-do what the need is. Ritually cleanse the cup and re-bless and re-fill, etc.

Magickal Blessings
